Move the CI build into the Github Actions #415

Existing CIs has lots of challenges, especially the AppVeyor does work very slow. I should try the use of the Github Actions thing to produce the proper build of the Project faster and more effectively.

[x] Windows build
[x] Linux builds
[x] macOS builds
[x] Make CI for Android builds of Moondust Engine
~~[ ] Make CI for Emscripten builds of Moondust Engine~~ Kept for far future.

Windows builds have been configured to be built via Github Actions, now I need to remove the AppVeyor usage and change the badge at the readme. Then, move other builds into GitHub Actions too.

macOS builds has been repaired with GitHub Actions
Android build has been introduced

Forgot to tell that Linux CI is already migrated to here.

I think, Emscripten build has EXTREMELY LOW priority right now. Let's do it later? So. I'll close this.
