[WOPN] Add ability to set MSB/LSB MIDI bank aliases #4

To be able use XG-compatible banks, the WOPN format must support ability to have MSB/LSB aliases for file size economy and for flexibility.

This issue is applying to OPN2 Bank Editor which must be able to create WOPN files of the updated format!
