The ability to text edit the merge result is already there - the bottom pane contains the comparison result, and it can be edited manually.
As for merging multiple mods - it should already work - once you finish merging one pair, the result is saved as "Merge result" and should be automatically selected in the left drop-down. If that does not happen, please provide detailed reproduction steps (mods, file, series of operations) so I can investigate.

The ability to if more then 2 mods are in conflict to be able to switch between them, or once one conflict fixed, it will then compare the fixed file with the further conflicting ones (as so far it doesn't seem to be taking the fix file into account (unless im wrong)

Addendum - Reset is the icon between the mod selection dropdowns at the top of the comparison screen.
