merging ui scroll issue + detection #42

when you modify the code in the lower panel it will not update to the upper two panels causing the lower panel to desync witht he upper two issue visible-top: scrolling issues corresponding redbubble-bottom: scrolling issues - scrolled down

also it is detecting that what (i think) should be two seperate operations as the same one

also can we get an "undo last action" button either alongside or instead of "undo all changes to this file" button for the merge tool?
