Correct encoding example #16

This worked for me anyway, sample session faked up to match.

I think this might be due to https://github.com/WojciechMula/aspell-python/commit/1223b14c9064dd5ef1ad5368b423f929381c9e5f

Please just verify I'm not talking nonsense, but I had to make the change offered to make it work for me.
