Version 1.4.0 - Attempt to Remove Tokens Results in Consistent Generation Failures #1

I was attempting to remove all Token items in the system with the help of hooks, but instead, consistent generation failures happen and no matter what I try, I can't solve what's causing the issues. If anyone knows hooks well, I hope you can try this and see if you can solve the problem. I'd greatly appreciate it.

The version for testing this issue is pre-1.4.0, found here.

Achievements Tokens have officially been removed, we need another way to remove the Challenge related one, creates unbeatable games 100% of the time when trying to delete them.
