Hello!

Thanks for your offer. Here's a quick tutorial on how the translation works.

• The files are in the localisation folder ( mod/thegreatwar/localisation/ )
• You will need to copy/paste the _l_english.yml files, rename them _l_german.yml
• For each files, you will have also to change the first line from l_english: to l_german

Of course, if you're joined by other people for the German Translations, feel free to speak in German here.

Hi Guys, i am currently also working on the localization, i got already 8 .yml translated, wanted to upload them together but would post in the files right now if wanted, also saw differences in the English .yml version. Wir können das auch aufteilen, bisher habe ich 12 Dateien erstellt

Ok, nachdem ich es etwas schleifen lassen habe, möchte ich einen neuen Anlauf starten. Dafür sollten wir uns das irgendwie aufteilen, dass nicht mehrere die gleichen Files übersetzen.

Ich verschaffe mir mal eine Übersicht, was noch offen ist und mache zur Übersicht eine Tabelle, die ich dann hier anhänge. Die Idee wäre dann, dass sich jeder stückweise Dateien aussucht und es hier, welche er bearbeiten möchte.

Got 3 questions for the german translation.

1. For what does the austrian cosmatic tags stand for? For a monarchy or something other like a democracy? (552e9de38aea267becfea376eaaeb84904855f8f)

2. I think there is an mistake in the english location equip_naval file, perhaps an old one direct from Paradox. In the origin (v 1.4.1) file i couldn't find this mistake. (8ec01314117a3fdcb93eb06737cc6a384f408774) 2.1 A shipclass called Nürnberg never exits. Just a ship with this name and it was a type of the Leizig-Class. I think the origin file is right, doesnt it? 2.2 A shipclass or a ship called Schleissen never exits. Perhaps they mean the Ship Schlesien but same as 2.1 this Ship was of the type Deutschland-Class of 1904. I think the origin file is right, doesnt it?

Hey, sry, at the moment i have exam period. 1st September I can help ;)

1.) Only for german grammar. Example:

• AUH_EMP_neutrality:0 "Kaisertum Österreich" -------------> Name of the State
• AUH_EMP_neutrality_DEF:0 "Das Kaisertum Österreichs" ---> Name of the State with article (in german language you have 3 types: male (der), female (die), neutrum (das))
• AUH_EMP_neutrality_ADJ:0 "Österreichisch" ---------------> Adjective for population Do you mean that?

2.) The historical name is "Leipzig Class" (in german language: Leipzig-Klasse). There only exist two ships called "Nürnberg" and "Leipzig", but all these ships are from ship type "Leipzig-Klasse". The further development of the "Königsberg-Klasse" was titled "Leipzig-Klasse" Paradox make a mistake by the definition of the shipclass. In english language, named "leipzig-class" but in german language its called "Leipzig-Klasse". The same Problem exist with "Deutschland-Class"and "Schlesien-Class".

Not realy. Iam a german citizen. So it's not a question aboud german, its more a question about the game.

For 1.) For what will the AUH_EMP_neutrality be used in the game? After Austria-Hungary fall apart in Austria and some other staats. For a neutral austria with democracy (then it should be Österreich) or for a monarchy (then it should be Kaisertum Österreich)?

For 2.) I will fix the english version in the next few days.
