Updated TUR democratic name localisation + adjectives in Russian localisation #577

Fixed the incorrect name of Turkey under democratic government in all localisations (it was shown as "Liberalism" instead of "Republic of Turkey").

Also, in the Russian localisation, adjectives have been corrected (after updating the vanilla version of the game, dots at the end of words are no longer needed). Dots divide adjectives into two parts (example: incorrect "Британск.ая Индия" instead of correct "Британская Индия").
