Integration of Kars #586

After the WWI, the Treaty of Kars was concluded between Turkey and the three Caucasian republics (Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan), defining their borders. According to this treaty, the entire Kars region and half of the Batumi region, previously part of the Russian Empire, were transferred to Turkey.

So, I propose to make changes to the mod so that Kars is considered part of Turkey in the 1919 scenario.

Summary of the integration (Big Five):

  1. Created file for new state (815, history/states).
  2. Changed files for states Georgia and Armenia that were affected by the creation of the new state (230, 231).
  3. Changed files for states Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Caucasus Mountains (229, 230, 231, 233). Their borders have been adjusted to match the real borders.
  4. Added airports and rocketsites for two new states (map\airports.txt and map\rocketsites.txt).
  5. Added localisation (EN, DE, FR, PL, RU) for new state.
