offline access to EventCorpus.db #9

For the commandline version aelookup the default should be to download EventCorpus.db from a supplied cache source on the web. To not bloat the github Wiki git file it might be helpful to be able to remove the history.

Otherwise things should pretty much work as in geograpy3 for the location database. Please integrate that download while at it and add a progress bar for it (optional).

GitHub's file size limit of 100.00 MB is exceeded - will need to work around

The EventCorpus.db is now avaliable at https://confident.dbis.rwth-aachen.de/downloads/conferencecorpus/EventCorpus.db.gz
