SQL version of crossref needs more fields #39

make use of https://github.com/WolfgangFahl/DgraphAndWeaviateTest/issues/9 to make sure columns which are not always supplied are detecte and added to the relational table e.g.

while at it make sure the the start and end values which might have been ignored due to invalid tuples are not tried to be added via the ListOfDicts
