this is mostly to try out local / static resources to be delivered so that the CDN approach is optional. See e.g. how https://github.com/WolfgangFahl/play-chess-with-a-webcam/blob/master/scripts/install needed an elaborate script to download all necessary web parts locally. http://ptp.bitplan.com and http://diagrams.bitplan.com simply copied the web structure of these project. Putting things into blue prints seem to be the way to go to be more modular and have a better component structure.
