Compat between totally lit mod. currently incompatible. #15

Why would you want to combine these two mods? What would you like to see happen, exactly?

Currently as there currently Incompatible, I was hoping for that these mods could work together. Features that could be toggled on and off to work via a config (json or ingame), so that the torch will still run out over time, but it would be have the same/similar features with totally lit. For example, your mod when the torches slowly goes out, if it rained, the torch would go out on its current level of dimness. Granted, I have no idea if this is possible by any means, I don't make my own mods, but if there is any possibility that it could it would be great.
