Add Additional Platforms #19

We'll want a more comprehensive list of platforms in our Platforms model. Currently, our model has:

PC
PS4
PS5
Xbox One X
Nintendo Switch

It might make sense to add all possible platforms, including retro ones, or we can add ones that we know will be included by our database. For reference, our first planned dataset, includes all Gamespot games since 1996.
