I've made quite a few updates in this PR. High level, I've implemented infinite scrolling for render game cards and refactored some of our SCSS definitions. There's still some work needing to be done for our SCSS files, but I didn't want this PR to keep getting larger.
For infinite scrolling I used a package called react-infinite-scroll-component which appears to be very popular still despite it not being updated in a few years. I imagine there is only so much you can add to a package like this since CSS doesn't change very often.
