Request for Comments on Three Pull Requests and a Release Request

This is a "Request For Comments/Consensus"-type issue for the following actions:

• Merging the pull request #73 ("Fix some small problems with WolframLanguageForJupyter's jupyter-console mode")
• Merging the pull request #75 ("Use the current PageWidth setting for $Output when converting a result into a string")
• Merging the pull request #79 ("Redirect all string references to the stdout stream to a new WolframLanguageForJupyter-stdout stream")
• Creating a v0.9.2 release after #73, #75, and #79 have been merged

The commits contained in #73, #75, and #79 are the following:

• 73

  • Fix some small problems with WolframLanguageForJupyter's jupyter-console mode

• 75

  • Use the current PageWidth setting for $Output when converting a result into a string

• 79

  • Redirect all string references to the stdout stream to a new WolframLanguageForJupyter-stdout stream
  • Change "the Jupyter" to "Jupyter"
  • Add TODO comment
