FixTelecinedFades is broken #39

topAvg = 0.00002433726434429883 bottomAvg = 0.0016658474283489072 meanAvg = 0.000845092346346603

meanAvg / topAvg = 34.7242128117235

Pixels end up being multiplied by 34x which results in these random artifacts.

Thanks for your report.

It seems the problem is related to the black input. I will try to make the function more robust.
