Different Modes for Increase Control #10

General

[x] Add decision for calling event, wherein the mode can be selected.
[x] Add event wherein the desired mode can be selected.
[x] Add mode conditions to immediate block of event overwrite
[x] Add localization with flavor text.

Modes

[x] Add Default Vanilla Mode. If automation has been enabled, but runs out of target which to this mode.
[x] Add Automation Mode, where Faith Conversion Task jumps to another target when done.
