Are there any other Tasks that should have the possibility to be silenced? #13

I'm considering the "Find Secrets" task, as that one can, with a good spymaster, end up sending one letter every month or so, which is annoying. Should I allow silencing of that task, taking in mind that it will add more incompatibility?
