Compress Decision #29

My only critique would be that there are too many different decisions : Convert The Heathens Promote Culture Among Foreigners Seize Control Develop Rural Lands Silence Councillor Letters Alter Task Functionality It would be nice if they were all consolidated under one option, as it looks a little cluttered (similar to how Alter Task Functionality works) - Cracktober on Steam
