Lupe Windows does not show the area around the mouse position on 4k Monitors #2

There is an horizontal and vertical offset between the mouse position and the area shown within the Lupe window on my 4k monitors.

The Pixel Ruler has not been optimized for 4K screens. These screens usually have scaling set, which turns real pixels into virtual pixels. This means that accurate measurement with the ruler is not possible.
