I want to link to Citizens.

Is it possible to use Citizens NPCs to open the Advanced and Elite Crafting Tables?

It can be done by implementing the command to open them directly, or by applying the command to the NPC.

I don't have a deep understanding of the plugin, but there is no command to open Advanced and Elite Crafting Table directly, is there?

That is not possible. These workstations can only be opened via their corresponding blocks.
And there is no command for it either.
