Mii Editor fails to save

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the Save button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't see anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The current version, I tried downloading it and also using it online. Windows 7 
Home Premium.

Please provide any additional information below.

It worked before but now it decides to stop working altogether!
