Many duplicate resolutions displayed in the drop down selector #221

Take a look at the screenshot - there's numerous resolutions duplicated. It 
makes it very annoying to switch resolutions. 

I have a Nvidia GTX460, Win7x64, Glide 64 r181. Let me know if there's anything 
else I can provide to help resolve this.

agree.
The duplicate entries can be filtered out easily.
Just have to wait for Gonetz to find the time to do it.

Never met such a problem myself. Looks a bit crazy. But pokefan is right, 
duplicates can be filtered out quite easily.

Should be fixed by r224. Let assume that it is fixed indeed.
I never met this problem anyway.
