Banana Fairy Unphotographable Donkey Kong 64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to photograph Banana Fairy in Tiny's area in Ghastly Galleon in Donkey 
Kong 64.
2. Photograph light never turns from red to green, rendering you unable to 
photograph the fairy.

I have tried all graphics plugins and all of them have this issue. Jabo's D36 
and D38 don't fix the issue.

I have included a save at the point I am referring to below from Project 64 1.6.
