Created some basic tests for de/re-compression of save files #4

Note: The test Is_recompressed_equal_to_original fails because the recompressed file is not equal to the original. Not sure if this is non-breaking or not.

I'll accept this as initial Test Project. The failing of the test does not seem to affect loadability by itself aslong as the decompressed data stays the same. So this need to be revisited in the future when more info is known
