Description

[x] Creates a headerSetup which can easily modified in one file without modifying the code
[x] adds all pages/paths for the header navigation items to test correct path resolution

NOTE: due to some package mismatch with Jest/NextJS I will fix this in a separate PR, but it would have been too many files for one PR, so I opened this one to focus the next PR to fix it,created an issue for it
