Description

Create a Reusable Hero Component
Create a Reusable GradientBorderDivider Component

Note:

The title and description color might seem different from the design, but it'll change when theme.ts gets updated.
Also, I made another reusable component for the Gradient Border since it's the same one in the footer as well.
