[BUG] Resume Downloader API Call Failure #53

Describe the bug When using resume downloader with production API, getting odd 400s when retrieving user list through /userSearch

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set resume downloader to retrieve data from production API
  2. Run downloader

Additional context Does not happen in local production, and you will receive expected result when request is sent via Postman
