Updated the footer layout to include social links:

Description of changes in this PR

• [x] Adjusted layout to use multiple columns
• [x] modify the social button component to support x-large and dark
• [x] Add links to GitHub, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• [x] Fix justification of the bottom title -- Something weird is going on and could use some help 🦆
• [x] Update the locale keys in ja.json.
