Press carousel to tailwind #294

Replace all vuetify-specific markup with equivalent Tailwind CSS. Keep styling as similar as possible, if you have trouble, ask @ann-kilzer to discuss options.

Note: Please make PRs against the tailwind-migration branch rather than main
