Review sprint board goals
Start coming up with brainstorming ideas to improve out process and add them to the brainstorming section on 'S2 - Sailboat Retrospective' board.
Add your responses to the following questions on the board
Q1 What helped us moved forward?
Q2 What made us feel good?
Q3 What held us back?
What do we want to commit to, i.e, processes/practices, etc, to improve in the next sprint.
Any support from women++ team should be added using a 'red' sticky highlighting the issue.
If we can prepare beforehand, hopefully we can reduce the time of the meeting.
For those not able to attend the video will be recorded and I can schedule separate meetings where necessary.
