Ilario mentioned that there is no competitor: it simply doesn't exist. What he meant that in the Wiki* universe you can not search for OER (open educational content) and find it.

I was wondering whether Google is a competitor. If you look for the CC-by-SA license and limit the search to Wiki pages..?

no Wiki* resources as such from what I can see.
