Create API endpoints (2/2)

• [x] Gather w/ frontend to discuss DB schema in-depth + what endpoints are more important

Current available API endpoints: Might require some extra work once registration/login is set up.

• [x] Create a Task

• [ ] Create a Teacher (using Groups)

Need to also figure out how to properly connect the Users table (maintained by MediaWiki) with our tables.

After discussing with Chris, it seems the best way to move forward is using the Group/Permissions functionality.
