As a team/circle economist, I want to have the ability to create, read, update and delete reported KPI values. This allows me to keep the data up to date and track progress.
Acceptance criteria:
[ ] In the "Add Value" reporting form, I can see the title of the selected KPI.
[ ] In the "Add Value" reporting form, there is an option "New data entry" for the selected timeframe if reporting for the KPI and timeframe for the first time.
[ ] Clicking the "Add Value" button will save new entry.
[ ] In the "Add Value" reporting form, there is an option to "Update data" if a timeframe with already entered values is selected.
[ ] Value in the "Update data" field shows previous entry.
[ ] Value in the "Update data" field can be updated.
[ ] Value in the "Update data" field can be deleted.
[ ] Clicking the "Update Value" button will save edits/deletes made.
