Start KPI Value Reporting (Economist)

As a team/circle economist, I want to have a straightforward option to add KPI value so that I can report the progress of defined KPIs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] A reporting page for economist is created.
• [x] Reporting page contains a basic table with columns "KPI Title" and "Last entry date".
• [x] There is a clearly labeled "Add Value" button for each KPI.
• [x] The "Add Value" button is prominently placed, ensuring it is easily accessible to users.
• [ ] Clicking the "Add Value" button opens a form for entering KPI values.
