As a gatekeeper, I want to have an option to store defined KPIs so that they can be used for reporting and further definitions.

Acceptance criteria:

[x] The schema of the table contains circle.
[x] The schema of the table contains, KPI (title).
[x] The schema of the table contains periodicity.
[x] The schema of the table contains range.
[x] The schema of the table contains data type.
[x] The table is populated with available KPI definitions.
[ ] The table is saved in a database.
