Acceptance criteria:
[x] In the form, the selected KPI is displayed.
[ ] A data type of a selected KPI (count, sum, %) is indicated.
[x] In the form, there is an option to select a reporting year.
[x] Depending on the periodicity defined for the selected KPI, the form displays also the reporting month or quarter.
[x] In the form, there is an option to insert a value.
[x] Inserted value must be a number.
[x] The form constrains the range (e.g. 0 <= x, 0 <= x <= 100) of the entered value depending on the range of the respective data type.
[ ] A validation error message is displayed in case of an incorrect value.
[ ] The error message informs about the correct range.
