I upped the respawn delay to 15 seconds and in the time between any player dying and them respawning as a monster, all players are unable to pick up items or lunar coins. This is true each time any player or player monster is killed.
Issue should be resolved now. There was an hiccup of a NRE happening while GenericPickupController ran.
