I opened the Secret Worlds map on the mobile version of SnL, and while my progress from the Steam version carried over since I have that set up, any hidden levels are hidden, and any tollgates that were paid in the Steam version are active in the mobile version. While I can bypass all of the Gold Star tollgates, this also means I can't access the Cloud City levels or Stinker Rescue on a synced map since those are locked behind Rainbow Star tollgates, and there are only enough Rainbow Stars in the SW map to unlock both of those gates once.
