Tweak padding of time button a bit for smaller screens #14

Smaller screens (375px) don't display the TIME button on the UI. Therefore decreasing the padding a bit, so that the range of devices supported by the UI increases.

On big screens the difference is not much.

The button with dropdown now shows at the 371px to 385px range as well
