Documentation #8

Create documentation for each of the overrode parts. Move to GitHub Wiki, README.md, etc.

I have some students looking for people they can help with documentation. They will start next month. Can they help at all?

@eallenOP this project is an extended version of Yii2 advanced application. I do not know about any project outside of our company where this project is used. It would be great in case your students can help in making this project to become more interesting to the community. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for this.
