Where/How can I get/prepare the txt files of COCO dataset? #104

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the code of Scaled YoloV4! I notice that your train/val/test data should be located under ../coco/ folder and formated as .txt files, but I have no idea where to get those txt files or how to generate them by myself. They are organized differently from the official one. Could you provide some instructions to prepare the datasets?

I appreciate your help!
