Frugal mode on when should be off #187

I have set open_frugal_mode_control to False, which hides the Frugal mode control properly, but also leaves frugal mode turned on.

How can I force frugal mode to be off when the Frugal mode control is hidden?

Or is there a control for Frugal mode to be off by default?

Same here, I want to keep it off by default and remove the switch
