I need to switch to chatgpt4, where do I need to add the whitelist now? Is it to modify the OPENAI_API_PROXY parameter of docker-compose.yml? @WongSaang Thank you and will be waiting to hear from you

@binnian I think you need to submit form in openai website: https://openai.com/waitlist/gpt-4-api
