Categorize EAL where possible

In the Edit-a-List environment (specifically for lists where the items are already given an association, i.e. Songs of 2000, Fictional Characters, etc.) …

… TOTALLY OVERRIDE FAVSLAND'S nonsensical, alphabetical categorization. With one that is more efficient and reasonal. Namely, using the categories THAT ARE ALREADY AT HAND.

Figure out the basics:

• [x] Extract necessary info per item.
• [x] How to store the data?
• [x] Conceptualize an appropriate replacement navigation system.
• [x] How to replace entire system A with entire system B ?

For real:

• [x] Auto-generate-list on-load. Work before first click.
• [x] Filter items more restrictively (on-wood-li-click), without :contains. Compare: Final Fantasy vs. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.
• [x] Also make it work with the search, not just ABC click.
• [x] Inject a "Show without regenerating anew" button (somewhere else).
• [x] Fix the box-in-box scrolling issue.
• [x] Don't insert the box where there are no cats.
• [x] Test environments that have no ALL button.
• [x] Test environments that have no .alphabet.
• [x] Repair the detect_duplicates module.
• [x] Optimize button(s) (styling + clickability + fx).
• [x] Finish remaining styling.
• [x] Fix the "sometimes it doesn't load, but no error" bug.
• [x] Fix the "it doesn't refresh when we switch to a letter with no cats" bug. On a related note, provide "[uncategorized]" as an option where needed.

(Haven't tested in the special environment without the alphabet – i.e. best games of may – because I can't. They're only temporarily open and now nothing's opened. I'll just ignore that scenario, then …)
