Massive round of updates from templates in https://github.com/Woodruff-Scientific-Ltd/PyFECONS/tree/main and costing code in MFE Google Collab

Major changes:

Removed old reference
Updated every template from Woodruff repo reference
Added TemplateProvider to be implemented by data class 1:1 for templates
Refactored replacements to be set in the same file as calculations
Added PyfeconsEncoder for serialization (for enums & lists to work properly)
Major updates to magnets & coils with Yuhu interpolation
Added magnet type and magnet material type enums
Added confinement type
