IFE cas22 implementation #36

Implement remaining IFE CAS22 sections.

Other Changes:

Remove default inputs and force initialization
Keep inputs default that are basically specification (don't vary)
create shared classes for cas22 calculations between IFE and MFE
use list to specify included_files and keep tex_path = file_path in included_files dir
use consistent filenames between IFE and MFE
have tex_path default to 'Modified/' + template_file unless specified to remove redundant code
add more units
fix rounding in a few places
