Syncing changes from the IFE and MFE colabs driving https://github.com/Woodruff-Scientific-Ltd/ARPAE-PyFECONS. NB it seems the collabs this change is based off of have diverged from https://github.com/Woodruff-Scientific-Ltd/ARPAE-PyFECONS, I will use the most up to date web version of the collabs.
I'll share links to the collab in private chat since I'm not sure they should be public.
Updated files for Jypiter notebooks will be added last.
