Update to store description for 7.55.2.0 #13

New wording will be:

This is an Open Source fork of the original Open Source Notepad++ application to support store publishing. Most things are the same, there are some features that dont work (due to policy), or are limited (like some file associations, and the run options). This is a published centennial application. All Credit to the original Notepad++ team, all the heavy lifting of creating an awesome app was done by them.

Known issues:

  1. Default Plugins can not be removed or changed
  2. Only 64bit plugins will load, and only when installed manually.

Notepad++ is a free (free as in both "free speech" and "free beer") source code editor and Notepad replacement that supports several programming languages and natural languages. Running in the MS Windows environment, its use is governed by GPL License.

Pulled this text update before certification completed so to work on #16 #14 and #15
